Testimonials
“My name is Yesenia Gómez, I am 16 years old, I was born in California, United States, and I am currently in the third semester of high school. The first time I arrived, I was surprised by the place; I really liked the kindness of the people.
I use the scholarship for materials, school fees, and enrollments. It is no longer difficult for me to ask my parents for money, and they no longer worry as much. I like the workshops because they are interesting; some have helped me, such as the stress workshop, where they explained the topic to us and told us that we should have confidence in ourselves when presenting and talking to people. Thanks to that, I was able to gain confidence in myself.
I am very grateful to the people who donate because they have supported me this year. It is very pleasant to be here, I think the program is very good, and in the future I see myself studying for a degree or working.”
“I am Collen Courtney and I had the opportunity to volunteer at the Oaxaca Learning Center, one of the most meaningful experiences I have had in Oaxaca. I worked with two students, Naomi and William, practicing English and Spanish through conversations and games.
What I will remember most was the connection we were able to create. They shared their goals, stories, and part of their life in Oaxaca with me, creating an authentic and pleasant environment.
The school is a beautiful place and the staff was always kind and supportive. This experience helped me grow personally and reminded me how much can be learned through dialogue and coexistence. I would definitely return.”

What subjects are taught in academic tutoring?
Our tutoring reinforces school learning in small groups to ensure personalized attention. We specialize in:
